OUCH...That hurts!
Well, with Cheaha quickly approaching @ T minus 2 months, I'm trying to avoid getting lazy by finding ways to keep the inside workouts exciting while waiting on DST to arrive .
Actually, got lazy yesterday afternoon and skipped my roller workout. Therefore, I decided to hit the rollers this morning...Partially because of guilt from skipping yesterday, and partially because I wanted to try a roller workout that the Doc mentioned to me yesterday afternoon.
One Hour Roller Workout: (12 - 5 minute segments as follows)
- 5 minute warm-up
- 1 minute standing - 4 seated
- 2 minutes standing - 3 seated
- 3 minutes standing - 2 seated
- 4 minutes standing -1 seated
- 3 minutes standing - 2 seated
- 2 minutes standing - 3 seated
- 1 minutes standing - 4 seated
- 2 minutes standing - 3 seated
- 3 minutes standing - 2 seated
- 4 minutes standing - 1 seated
- 5 minute cool down
The Doc is a very sick man.....
