Cheaha Motivation...

With Cheaha quickly approaching...I thought I would throw out an inspirational quote to help us remember; Why it is we do what we do?

"To be a cyclist is to be a student of pain....at cycling's core lies
pain, hard and bitter as the pit inside a juicy peach. It doesn't matter if you're sprinting for an Olympic medal, a town sign, a trailhead, or the rest stop with the homemade brownies. If you never confront pain, you're missing the essence of the sport. Without pain, there's no adversity. Without adversity, no challenge. Without challenge, no improvement. No improvement, no sense of accomplishment and no deep-down joy. Might as well be playing Tiddly-Winks."

what i like the most about that quote, is that you can replace the word pain with the words Chuck Norris and it rings just as true.

Wow! That's amazing! :)

Thought of you this morning watching Fox & Friends...Mancow had a few Norris-isms...The best of which was, Chuck Norris's tear can cure cancer, problem is Chuck Norris has never cried!

All the Norris-isms there are and they are quite hilarious:

Tears curing cancer is #2

#1: Chuck Norris does not hunt because the word hunting infers the probability of failure. Chuck Norris goes killing.
