Here's how to sign up for this Tour de France podcast:

1. Copy the following URL: http://www.discovery.com/radio/xml/tour2006updates.xml

2. Open a podcast player, such as iTunes.

3. Select the option, "Subscribe to Podcast." In iTunes, this is under the "Advanced" menu.

4. Paste the URL into the podcast subscription field and hit "OK" or "Submit."

- By subscribing to the podcast, you'll automatically receive Tour de France updates whenever you open your podcast player
